Peony – original design

As promised in my last post, today I am introducing one of my fellow artisans at Indie Reno.

Under the name “Henna Blessings” Kimberly Allcock practices the ancient art of henna painting, which is known as “Mehndi” or “Mehandi” in India.  Kimberly does fantastic body art, including belly blessings for expectant mothers.  She has also expanded her artistry to clothing and ornaments.

Among the articles available at the Indie Reno Boutique are silk scarves, clothing, and baby clothes adorned with Kimberly’s original designs.  She also has henna painting kits available, in case you would like to try henna painting.
